Extra virgin olive oil – 50 cl bottle

100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, grown in Vallclara (Tarragona) at an altitude of 2,600 feet. We opt for an early harvest (end of October) so that the olive will still be a bit green and allow us to achieve better quality, although this means sacrificing on volume. Vega Aixalà Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect for finishing off any type of warm dish or salad, as well as desserts.
It is clean and bright, with notes of aromatic fruits (apple), fresh-cut grass, and green tomatoes. The flavor is a good balance between acidity and bitterness, but with the typical smoothness of the Arbequina olive, giving it a long, elegant mouthfeel.
